➡️ Step 1: Choose the location
- Open Market Explorer.
- Select a municipality (for example, in the video, Ixelles, Brussels).
- Zoom directly into a specific neighborhood, such as Place du Châtelain.
➡️ Step 2: Target the right market segment
- Click the “Market” tab.
- Choose “Secondary residential” to filter for this market type only.
➡️ Step 3: Apply the right filters
- Open the filters panel.
- Filter by:
- Property type: apartments only.
